By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chocolate, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Choco Chino Brownies 125 grams Chocolate 150 grams Butter 1 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 1 teaspoon Drinking chocolate 2 tablespoons Instant coffee powder 1/2 tablespoon Baking powder 3 Eggs 1 cup Sugar a few drops Vanilla essence Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish. Take chocolate in a bowl, add butter and melt in microwave for two minutes or over a water bath. Sieve together refined flour, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, instant coffee and baking powder. Break eggs in another bowl, add sugar and whisk together till well blended. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix well. Add vanilla essence and mix. Add sieved flour mixture and mix well. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for thirty minutes. When done turn onto a wire rack and slice when cooled.
