By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients French fries, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1½ cups French fries 1 tablespoon oil 4 spring onion bulbs, finely chopped 6-7 mushrooms, sliced 1 small carrot, cut into thick strips 8-10 broccoli small florets Salt to taste 1½ tablespoons red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons soy sauce 2-3 spring onion greens, chopped 1 tablespoon burnt garlic + garnish Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spring onion bulbs and sauté till translucent. Add mushrooms, toss well and cook for 1 minute. Add carrot, broccoli, toss well and add salt, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce and French fries, toss well. Add spring onion greens and burnt garlic, toss well. Take it off the heat.
