Ingredients
- 1½ cups French fries
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 spring onion bulbs, finely chopped
- 6-7 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small carrot, cut into thick strips
- 8-10 broccoli small florets
- Salt to taste
- 1½ tablespoons red chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2-3 spring onion greens, chopped
- 1 tablespoon burnt garlic + garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spring onion bulbs and sauté till translucent. Add mushrooms, toss well and cook for 1 minute.
- Add carrot, broccoli, toss well and add salt, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce and French fries, toss well. Add spring onion greens and burnt garlic, toss well. Take it off the heat.
- Garnish with burnt garlic and serve hot.
