By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Spaghetti, Fresh red chillies Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Garlic Spaghetti 200 grams Spaghetti boiled for garnishing Fresh red chillies 2-3, thinly sliced + 8-10 Garlic cloves chopped 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil ¼ cup Vegetable stock to taste Salt for garnishing Fresh parsley chopped, 1 tablespoon + for garnishing Parmesan cheese grated, 2 tablespoons + Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for ½ minute. Add red chillies and sauté. Add vegetable stock, salt, mix and simmer for ½ minute. Add spaghetti and parsley and toss well. Add Parmesan cheese and toss.
