Ingredients
- 200 grams spaghetti,boiled
- 2-3, thinly sliced fresh red chillies +for garnishing
- 8-10 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley + for garnishing
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese + for garnishing
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for ½ minute.
- Add red chillies and sauté. Add vegetable stock, salt, mix and simmer for ½ minute.
- Add spaghetti and parsley and toss well.
- Add Parmesan cheese and toss.
- Garnish with parsley, Parmesan cheese and red chillies and serve hot.
