Ingredients for Chilli Cheese Canapes Recipe

  • Cream crackers 8

  • Cream cheese 4-5 tablespoons

  • Green capsicum , finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Red capsicum , finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Onion , finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Green chillies , finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 tables + to garnish

  • Salt to taste

  • Processed cheese , grated as required


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Take cream cheese in a bowl, add green capsicum, red capsicum, onion and green chillies and mix well. Add salt and mix well.

Step 3

Arrange the cream crackers on a baking tray, spread the cream cheese mixture generously over each of them. Sprinkle some cheese over each.

Step 4

Place the baking tray in the preheated tray and bake till the cheese melts.

Step 5

Take the tray out of the oven and arrange the canapés on a serving platter. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
