Ingredients list for Chicken Noisette
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
- as required Pitted Green Olives
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs dried
- ½ teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Mustard paste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Place chicken strips in a bowl, add salt, pepper powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, mustard paste and garlic and mix well. Add olive oil and mix again. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Take each chicken strip, place 1 green olive in the centre, roll and seal with a toothpick.
- Heat oil a non-stick grill pan. Place chicken noisettes and grill till the chicken is cooked and evenly done from all sides.
- Serve hot.
