Ingredients list for Cheesy Pita Triangles

  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 4 Pita Breads cut into triangles
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 8-10 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 8-10 Fresh basil leaves finely chopped
  • 4-5 sprigs Oregano chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix butter, garlic, basil leaves, oregano, salt, pepper powder and chilli flakes in a bowl.
  2. Place the pita triangles on a baking tray and spread the cheese-herb mixture evenly on all of them.
  3. Keep the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes or till crisp. Serve hot.
