Ingredients for Cheesy Bread Rolls Recipe

  • White bread slices 16

  • Cheese spread 200 grams

  • Ginger 1 inch piece

  • Garlic 10 cloves

  • Green chillies 1

  • Cumin seeds 12 teaspoon

  • Green capsicum finely chopped 1

  • Dry mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Grind ginger, garlic, green chilli and cumin seeds to a fine paste. Take this mixture in a bowl

Step 2

Add green capsicum and mix. Add cheese spread and Italian seasoning and mix well.

Step 3

Cut the edges of the breads. Spread the mixture on the bread and roll the bread with help of butter paper and tightly roll up the edges to seal well.

Step 4

Keep it in the freezer for half an hour.

Step 5

Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai and deep fry the breads till golden brown in color. Alternatively brush with butter and bake it in preheated oven.

Step 6

Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato sauce.
