Ingredients list for Cheese and Pistachio Truffles
- 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Feta cheese
- for coating Pistachios chopped
- 12-15 Biscuits cracker
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary chopped
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- ½ cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
Method
- Coarsely grind cracker biscuits in a food processor and transfer into a bowl.
- Take cream cheese in another bowl. Add feta cheese, salt, chilli flakes, rosemary and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add cottage cheese and ground biscuits and mix well.
- Divide the cheese mixture into equal portions and shape into balls.
- Coat each ball with pistachios and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
