Ingredients list for Cheese and Herb French Toast

  • ¼ cup Processed cheese grated
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2-3 Fresh parsley
  • 8 White bread slices
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • to shallow fry Oil
  • to serve Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Using a round cookie cutter, cut out discs from the bread slices.
  2. Break eggs in a bowl. Add cheese, salt and crushed peppercorns.
  3. Chop parsley and add to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. Dip the bread discs in the egg mixture, place on the pan and shallow-fry till golden from both the sides.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
