Ingredients list for Chala Dal Namkeen - SK Khazana
- 1 cup Split Bengal gram (chana dal) soaked and drained
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
 - to deep fry Oil
 
Method
- Mix together salt and chilli powder in a bowl.
 - Heat sufficient oil in kadai. Deep-fry Bengal gram till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Sprinkle prepared spice mixture on fried Bengal gram, mix well and let it cool.
 - Serve or store in airtight container.
