Ingredients list for Carrot Pickle
- 1 kilogram Carrots cut into batons
- 1/2 medium bunch Fresh Garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard powder
Method
- In a glass jar mix together carrots, garlic, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mustard powder. Mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well.
- Cover the jar and set aside for three days. Stir only once daily.
- Serve with roti.
