Ingredients 

  • 1 medium red capsicum peeled and cut into small pieces roasted
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoonfresh mint leaves chopped

Method

  1. Place yogurt in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Add red capsicum pieces, black salt, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, mint leaves and mix well. Chill and serve.
