Ingredients
- 1 medium red capsicum peeled and cut into small pieces roasted
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 tablespoonfresh mint leaves chopped
Method
- Place yogurt in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Add red capsicum pieces, black salt, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, mint leaves and mix well. Chill and serve.
