Ingredients list for Capsicum Raita

  • 1 medium Red Capsicum peeled and cut into small pieces roasted
  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped


  1. Place yogurt in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Add red capsicum pieces, black salt, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, mint leaves and mix well. Chill and serve.
