Mix together the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add the onion, green capsicum, green chilies, salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves and white sauce and mix well. Place the bell pepper halves on a baking tray. Place bread cubes on the base and top with a portion of cheese mixture. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts and turns golden. 5.Serve hot.
