Ingredients list for Cajun Potatoes

  • 4 Medium potatoes parboiled and cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • to serve Tomato ketchup


  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Spread the potato wedges on a baking tray, sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano, thyme, crushed peppercorns, salt, red chilli powder and melted butter and mix well.
  3. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven.
  4. Transfer them on a serving platter and serve hot with ketchup.
