By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Red chili flakes Cuisine Spanish Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cajun Potatoes 4 Medium potatoes parboiled and cut into wedges 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Butter melted to serve Tomato ketchup Method Preheat oven to 200 C. Spread the potato wedges on a baking tray, sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano, thyme, crushed peppercorns, salt, red chilli powder and melted butter and mix well. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven.
