Ingredients 

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 4-5 leaves cabbage
  • 2 green chillies minced
  • 1 inch piece ginger, minced
  • A few fresh coriander leaves chopped 
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Method

  1. Mix together yogurt, cabbage, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves.
  2. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar and mix well. Serve chilled.
