Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 4-5 leaves cabbage
- 2 green chillies minced
- 1 inch piece ginger, minced
- A few fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Method
- Mix together yogurt, cabbage, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves.
- Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar and mix well. Serve chilled.
