Ingredients
- 4-6 medium potatoes, parboiled and cut into wedges
- 1½ teaspoons red chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- In a baking tray, place potatoes, red chilli flakes, oregano, thyme, crushed peppercorns, salt, red chilli powder, butter and mix well.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven till the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
