Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 25-30 spinach leaves (palak)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 5-6 cloves garlic chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Method
- Shred spinach leaves and then chop finely. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onions and garlic and sauté till lightly browned.
- Add spinach and mix and sauté. Add salt, pepper powder and cook till dry. Set aside in a bowl in the refrigerator to cool completely. Keep aside a little spinach for garnish and add yogurt to the rest and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with reserved spinach and serve chilled.
