Ingredients
- 200 grams brownies + for toppingĀ
- 4 cups milk
- Ice cubes, as required
- 8 tablespoons chocolate sauce
- 12 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Melted dark chocolate, as required
- Chocolate vermicelli, as required
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 8 dark chocolate sticks
Method
- For each portion, put a few ice cubes into a blender jar, add 50 grams broken brownie, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce and 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Dip the rim of a tall serving glass into some melted dark chocolate, coat with some chocolate vermicelli and pour the shake into it.
- Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with whipped cream and pipe out over the shake.
- Place the chocolate sticks, top with a piece of brownie, sprinkle some dark chocolate vermicelli, keep 2 chocolate sticks on top and serve chilled.
