Ingredients list for Breakfast Juice
- 1/2 Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi) medium
- 2 medium Carrots peeled
- 1/2 Green apples
- 1/2 Red apple
- 1 medium Orange
- 1 small bunch Spinach cleaned and stems removed
- 1 inch Ginger peeled
- Juice of ½ lemon
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
Method
- Roughly chop bottle gourd, carrots, green apple and red apple. Peel orange.
- Place the chopped vegetables, fruits, spinach leaves and ginger in a blender jar and blend well to extract the juices. Discard the solid mass.
- Add lemon juice and black salt to the juice and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
