Ingredients
- 240ml vodka
- Celery salt as required
- Lemon wedge
- Ice cubes as required
- 480ml tomato juice
- 4 dashes of Tobasco sauce
- 4 dashes of Worcestshire sauce
- 4 lemon wedges
- 4 pinches of crushed black peppercorns
- 4 pinches of salt
- Fresh celery sticks to serve
Method
- Spread celery salt on a plate, rim the glass with lemon wedge and press onto the celery salt.
- To make one portion, pour 60ml vodka into a serving glass, add a few ice cubes, pour 120ml tomato juice, a dash of Tobasco sauce, a dash of Worcestshire sauce, a pinch of celery salt, squeeze 1 lemon wedge and sprinkle a pinch of crushed black peppercorns, a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Serve with celery stick.
