Ingredients list for Bhune Aam Ki Chutney
- 1 medium Raw mango roasted
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 3-4 Green chillies
- 1 tablespoon Dried pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- to taste Salt
Method
- Put onion, green chillies, pomegranate seeds, black salt, mint leaves and salt in a mixer jar and grind.
- Peel and cube the roasted raw mango, add to the mixer jar and grind again.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
