Ingredients list for Besan ki Nankhatai
- 2 1/2 cups Gram Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Ghee
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Ghee
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Sieve together gram flour and baking soda into a bowl. Then sieve powdered sugar into the same bowl.
- Add ghee, yogurt and green cardamom powder and knead into a dough. Set aside for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven at 180° C.
- Divide the dough into lemon sized balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cool down to room temperature and serve.
