Ingredients list for Besan Laddoos
- 1 1/2 cups Gram Flour
- 1 cup Refined Flour
- 2 tablespoons Semolina (rawa/suji)
- 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 1/4 cup Green cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup Ghee melted
- 4 tablespoons Almonds sliced
Method
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan add besan, refined flour, semolina and saute till light brown.
- Remove and cool the mixture.In a bowl combine together besan mixture, powdered sugar, castor sugar cardamon powder and melted ghee and mix well and make even size ladoos. Serve garnish with sliced almonds.
