Ingredients list for Beans And Dill Rice
- 1/2 cup Kidney beans boiled
- 1/2 cup Dill leaves (suva) chopped
- 3 cups Cooked basmati rice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 8-10 cloves Garlic,chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, red chilli flakes and dried herbs and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add the dill leaves, kidney beans and salt.
- Mix well and sauté for three to four minutes.
- Add the rice. Toss to mix and let the rice get heated through.
- Serve hot.
