Ingredients list for Barbecue Chicken Wings
- ¼ cup Barbeque sauce
- 8 Chicken wings tips removed
- to deep fry Oil 1 tablespoon +
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- for garnishing Spring onion greens chopped
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
- Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and flour and mix well.
- Deep-fry marinated chicken in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add barbecue sauce and mix. Add fried chicken, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
