By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium raw bananas, Mozzarella cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Banana Fries with Cheese-SK Khazana 4-5 Medium raw bananas as required Mozzarella cheese grated for deep-frying Oil 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Black pepper powder to taste Salt 3-4 tablespoons 3 coloured capsicums finely chopped 4 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Trim the ends of the bananas, peel and cut them into 1½ inch thick strips. Slide in the strips into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Put the fries in a bowl. Sprinkle chilli powder, pepper powder and salt and toss well. Spread these fries on oven proof serving plate. Spread mixed capsicums, coriander leaves and some cheese equally over them. Put the plate into the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.
