Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Preheat oven to 200ยบ C. Place an olive in the centre of each prawn on the uncut side, bring the two flaps of prawns together and pass a toothpick through all of them so that the olive is secured in the centre. Drizzle 2 teaspoons olive oil in a baking dish, place the prepared prawns in it and drizzle remaining marinade over them. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top of them. Keep the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes. Take the baking dish out, sprinkle red chilli powder and drizzle honey over the prawns bake again for 5 minutes. Take care not to overcook the prawns.
