Ingredients
- 1½ cups pressed rice (poha)
- ¾ cup grated jaggery
- 1 cup scraped fresh coconut
- ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add jaggery and 2 tablespoons water and cook till you get a syrup of one thread consistency.
- Add coconut and cook until the mixture is almost dry.
- Add pressed rice, green cardamom powder, dried ginger powder and sesame seeds, mix well. Serve
