Remove from heat and set aside. Slice apple and place in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, crushed peppercorns, mustard paste and mix well. Add spinach and mix well. Place the salad on a serving dish. Crumble blue cheese and add. Sprinkle roasted hazelnuts on top and serve immediately.
