Ingredients list for Anar Raita - SK Khazana
- 1 small pomegranate pearls
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 pinch + to sprinkle red chilli powder
- Black salt to taste
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and dry roast till they turn dark and fragrant. Transfer into a mortal and crush lightly with a pestle.
- Take most of the pomegranate pearls in a mixing bowl, add yogurt, coriander leaves, chilli powder, black salt and most of the crushed cumin seeds. Mix well. Refrigerate till serving.
- Serve chilled garnished with remaining pomegranate pearls and sprinkle remaining crushed cumin seeds and chilli powder.
