Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
- 1 cup aloo bhujia sev
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- ½ inch ginger, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- Corn flour slurry as required
- Oil to deep fry
Method
- In a bowl, add potatoes, ½ cup aloo bhujia sev, corn flour, green chillies, salt, ginger and mix well.
- Divide the mixture in equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Dip in corn flour slurry and roll in the remaining aloo bhujia sev.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the prepared tikkis till crispy and golden brown in colour, remove on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
