Shopping list

500 grams of jowar atta

1 small packet of bhuna masala

500 grams of bajra

50 grams of split green gram with skin

100 grams of small grained rice

1 small packet of carom seeds

200 grams of buttermilk

500 grams of ragi

1 small packet of sesame seeds

1 packet of powdered jaggery

50 grams of almonds 

50 grams of pistachios

1 small packet of cardamom powder

For faster preparation

Coarsely grind the bajra, rice and dal, set aside. Prepare the laddoos.

How to go about it

Start with the bachku then the roti.
