Ingredients list for Wheat and Semolina Laddoos
- 1 cup Wheat flour
 - 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
 - 3 tablespoons Ghee
 - 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
 - 8-10 Raisins
 - 1 tablespoon Almond slivers
 - 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
 
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a kadai. Add wheat flour and roast till fragrant. Remove the kadai from heat and transfer into a bowl.
 - Place the same pan back on heat, add 1 tablespoon ghee and roast semolina till fragrant.
 - Add roasted semolina to the same bowl, cool to room temperature. Add cardamom powder, raisins, almonds and sugar and mix well. Add remaining ghee and mix well.
 - Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
