By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Oct 2015 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Instant Noodles, Soya granules Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Veggie Soya Noodles 2 packets Instant Noodles 1 cup Soya granules soaked in milk 1 large Carrot peeled and diced 2 packets Tastemaker to taste Salt 1/2 cup Frozen green peas 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Boil about three cups of water in a deep non-stick pan. Add carrots and cook till almost done. Add tastemaker and mix. Add instant noodles, adjust salt and mix gently. Add soya granules and mix. Add green peas and mix well. Add coriander leaves, mix well and cook till fully done. Serve hot.
