Ingredients for Veggie Poha Recipe

  • Pressed Rice 1 cup

  • Vegetables 1 tablespoon

  • Onion sliced 1

  • Tomato chopped 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Mixed vegetables boiled 1 cup

  • coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, saute till transparent.

Step 2

Add tomato and saute for a minute. Add salt, red chilli powder and saute.

Step 3

Add mixed vegetables, mix and then add drained poha.

Step 4

Toss well, garnish and serve hot garnish with chopped coriander.
