Ingredients list for Veggie Poha

  • 1 cup Pressed Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetables
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables boiled
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, saute till transparent.
  2. Add tomato and saute for a minute. Add salt, red chilli powder and saute.
  3. Add mixed vegetables, mix and then add drained poha.
  4. Toss well, garnish and serve hot garnish with chopped coriander.
