Ingredients list for Vegetable Bar-Be-Que
- 8 small Mixed Vegetables
- 4 Olive Oil
- 4 slices Pineapple
- 1 Red capsicum
- 1 Yellow capsicum
- 1 Green capsicum
- 8 Mushrooms
- 1 medium Carrot
- For marinade
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
- to taste Salt
- 4 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Method
- Cut all the vegetables in large chunks. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients. Marinate the vegetables in this mixture for at least ½ hour. Skewer them and cook over the grill till nicely browned.
