Ingredients list for Ukada
- 4 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 stalk for garnish Lemon grass
- 1 teaspoon Tea masala
- 3-4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger
Method
- Heat milk with sugar and bring to a boil. Add tea masala, ginger and chopped lemongrass and simmer for five to ten minutes. Strain into individual teacups and serve hot garnished with a stalk of lemongrass.
