Ingredients list for Triple Blend Smoothie
- 1 Banana peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 1/4 cups Pineapple chopped
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup Spinach
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Blend together banana and milk until thick, creamy and smooth.
- Add pineapple and yogurt, blend again. Add spinach and lemon juice and blend till well combined.
- Pour into four individual tall glasses and serve immediately.
