Ingredients list for Tricolour topping
- 6 Brown Buns
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Green chilli, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Refined flour (maida)
- 5 tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 cup Carrot, boiled and cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup Green peas, blanched
- 1/2 cup Paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Cheese, grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
Method
- Prehaet the oven at 200°C. Slit brown bread buns horizontally and butter lightly using one tablespoon of butter.
- Heat one tablespoon of butter, add the green chilli and refined flour and saute for a minute.Add the milk, carrots, green peas, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
- Spread the vegetable mixture inside each bun and sprinkle the cheese and grill in a hot oven for eight to ten minutes. Serve hot.
