This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tomatoes, Basil leaves Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Tomato and Basil Paneer 4 medium Tomatoes blanched and peeled 10-12 Basil leaves 250 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into cubes 2 tablespoons Oil 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped 1/2 cup Tomato puree to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 tablespoons Red chilli flakes 1/4 cup Cream Method Chop tomatoes and put in a blender jar. Blend into a smooth puree. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and sauté for ½ minute. Add onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add freshly pureed tomatoes and tomato puree and mix well. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Add paneer and mix well. Add red chilli flakes, basil leaves and cream. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
