Ingredients list for Three Cheese Samosa-SK Khazana

  • 3/4 cup Processed cheese grared
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 12/16 Samosa patti
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • as required Refined flour slurry
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Mix together processed cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Shape samosa pattis into cones, fill them with some cheese mixture and shape into samosas sealing the open end with flour slurry.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry samosas till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
