By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Tadgolas, Lemons Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tadgola Mojito - SK Khazana 4 medium Tadgolas 2 1/2 Lemons cut into 20 cubes Salt for rimming as required Fresh mint leaves as required Black salt (kala namak) 8 tablespoons Sugar syrup 16-20 Ice cubes 4 for garnish Lemon slices Method For each portion, rub the rim of a serving jar with a lemon cube and dip in salt. Roughly chop ice apples and put them in the prepared serving jar. Add 4 lemon cubes, 15-20 mint leaves and black salt and muddle well with a muddler. Add 2 tbsps sugar syrup, 4-5 ice cubes and top up with water. Stir well with a straw.
