Ingredients list for Tadgola Mojito - SK Khazana

  • 4 medium Tadgolas
  • 2 1/2 Lemons cut into 20 cubes
  • Salt for rimming
  • as required Fresh mint leaves
  • as required Black salt (kala namak)
  • 8 tablespoons Sugar syrup
  • 16-20 Ice cubes
  • 4 for garnish Lemon slices

Method

  1. For each portion, rub the rim of a serving jar with a lemon cube and dip in salt.
  2. Roughly chop ice apples and put them in the prepared serving jar. Add 4 lemon cubes, 15-20 mint leaves and black salt and muddle well with a muddler.
  3. Add 2 tbsps sugar syrup, 4-5 ice cubes and top up with water. Stir well with a straw.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
