Ingredients list for Taak

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Green chillies roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Take yogurt, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger in a blender and blend .
  2. Add four cups of water and mix well. Strain and add roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix well and place it in the refrigerator to chill. Serve chilled.
