Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons chilli oil
- 10 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Method
- Heat chilli oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté till fragrant. Add peanut butter, sugar and vinegar and cook till sugar melts. Stir in soy sauce. Cool and store in refrigerator.
