Ingredients list for Spiced Strawberries
- 20-24 Strawberries
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 Star anise
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Green chilli
- 3/4 cup Hung yogurt
Method
- Heat orange juice in a non-stick pan. Add star anise, 2 tbsps sugar and whole green chilli.
- Put hung yogurt in a glass bowl, add 2 tbsps sugar and mix well.
- Half fill shot glasses with yogurt and keep them in a refrigerator to chill.
- Hull the strawberries, dice them and put them in a bowl.
- Remove the green chilli from the orange juice and discard, add 2 tbsps sugar and cook till the juice gets concentrated.
- Pour this mixture over the strawberries and let them soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Top the yogurt mixture with the spiced strawberries and serve.
