Ingredients for Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil Recipe

  • Sphagetti 300 grams

  • Extra virgin Olive Oil 6 tablespoons

  • Garlic chopped 6-8 cloves

  • Fresh parsley chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed 8-10

  • Parmesan cheese grated 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Cook spaghetti in plenty of water till al dente (cooked, but still firm to the bite).

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan; add garlic and sauté till lightly browned.

Step 3

Add parsley, salt and crushed peppercorns. Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan, cook for two to three minutes, stirring gently so that the spaghetti is coated with the garlic and oil. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
