By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Steamed Rice, French dressing Cuisine Italian Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rice Salad 1 cup Steamed Rice 3 tablespoons French dressing 6 Red radish cut into thin round slices 1 medium Capsicum cut into thin strips 1 inch piece Leek shredded 1 small Cucumber thinly sliced 1 small Carrot cut into thin strips 2 Pickled gherkins shredded to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped Method Mix the French Dressing into the steamed rice while still warm. Leave to cool. Mix in the radishes, capsicum, leek, cucumber, carrot and pickled gherkins. Add the salt, lemon juice and red chilli flakes and mix well.
