Ingredients list for Rice Flake Fish
- 3 tablespoons Pressed rice (poha) thick
- 6 Boneless fish
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 7-8 Fresh basil leaves
- 1 Egg
- to taste Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine fish, chilli sauce, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice in bowl. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Finely chop basil leaves. Add pressed rice, basil leaves and egg to the fish. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Place marinated fish in a baking dish and cook in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Drizzle a little oil and cook in the oven for 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
