Ingredients list for Rajgira Sheera

  • 1 cup Rajgira Atta
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Take pan, heat ghee, add flour and fry till it is golden brown. Make a syrup of water /milk and sugar. Add this syrup to the flour and mix well. Reduce the heat and add the cardamom powder. Cook till all the liquid is absorbed. Remove and serve hot.
