Ingredients list for Rajama Til Toasts

  • 1 cup Kidney beans soaked and boiled
  • 4 slices Bread slices toasted
  • 3-4 tablespoons Sesame seeds (til)
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup Cola
  • for garnish Mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  2. Dry roast sesame seeds in another non stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste to the hot oil and sauté till fragrant. Add rajma and mix.
  3. Add red chilli powder, black salt, dried mango powder, coriander powder and salt and mix.
  4. Cook till the mixture becomes dry. Turn off the heat and let it.
  5. Spread the rajma mixture on the toasted breads. Sprinkle roasted sesame over it. Cut each into two pieces, sprinkle cheese over it and serve.
